Jordan began visiting family in Fredericksburg when she was 12 years old and even waited tables here during her summer breaks in college. She eventually met her husband, a Fredericksburg native, and, together they have raised three children. When thinking of her children, she describes Fredericksburg as a place to come back to. She quickly points out that not all small towns are like that.

  • Regan Schmidt

Regan’s ancestors were among the first to settle Fredericksburg. He lives on his family’s original homestead where he runs cattle and goats. • Levi Fleener

Levi grew up playing music with his father, uncles and brothers. He and his brothers did a stint in the music industry writing songs, playing and touring as a band. After growing up in Oklahoma and residing in Nashville, he now makes a life for himself in Fredericksburg. Together with his family, he is building the ultimate family compound on their land out in the country.

  • Pablo Hernandez

Pablo brings years of experience in construction, but more importantly, he brings a lot of positivity. He is a valuable teacher to the rest of the team and a source of encouragement and “can do” attitude. He started in his career with framing, but with Fleener Greathouse he has expanded into finish carpentry and whatever else needs to be done.
